With all the third party shops reviving classic trucks and SUVs, it’s a wonder we haven’t seen more releases from the manufacturers themselves. As part of their “Reborn” series, Land Rover is reviving 10 Range Rover Classics from 1978. Each limited release puts the classic sport utility wagon front and center with a complete restoration to its original specs from the 1970s. Each three-door Range Rover Classic will be powered by a V8 that produces 132 hp and 186 lb-ft of torque that’s been mated to a four-speed manual transmission with a lockable differential. Each of these classics comes with a Bahama Gold paint job with velour seats but the original vinyl interior style will also be available upon request. It’s also worth noting that they set up a whole new factory for projects like this, so there are sure to be more awesome new and resto releases in the future.
