Though both the Honda Ridgeline unibody pickup truck and the Pilot-based Passport mid-size SUV exhibit more ruggedness than most customers will ever need, Honda just released them in Adventure Lifestyle form as concept vehicles for the 2019 Overland Expo West. The idea behind the mods were to create off-the-grid livable vehicles with added utility and off-the-beaten path capability. The Passport gets Jsport components like a lift kit, skid plate, and roof rack, along with tougher Nitto RidgeGrappler tires on Jsport 18-inch wheels. Upgraded lighting and a rooftop tent for nighttime adventures and respite round things out. The Ridgeline also benefits from Jsport Performance Accessories such as a leveling kit, sidesteps, and beefier tires, while a lightweight generator in the Plateau roof rack makes off-the-grid adventures even more accessible. The great part is that you don’t have to just ogle since all Jsport accessories shown on both models are available for purchase.
