1994 Venturi 400 GT

1994 Venturi 400 GT

Venturi Automobiles might just be one of the greatest car companies you’ve never heard of. Back in the ‘90s, it went up against the likes of Ferrari with its 400 GT supercar. The French company built this Ferrari F40 lookalike with a mid-mounted 402-horsepower V6 that made it the most powerful car in France and could hurtle it to 60 mph in about 4.5 seconds. This particular model is the 25th 400 GT built was designed for racing but has since been converted to road-going guise with leather, carbon fiber, and a special louver-style paint job that wraps around the entire vehicle including that huge rear spoiler that could easily prop up some wine and cheese after a tiring day of racing. This near-perfect Venturi 400 GT will soon be auctioned by RM Sothebys.
