Renowned photographer Randal Ford has covered quite a few interesting subject matters as he racked up covers on Time Magazine and Communication Arts or worked with brands like Anheuser-Busch, Comcast, Frito Lay and the list goes on. His latest collection of work features a subject matter that could easily be described as the most beautiful, powerful and majestic he’s ever shot–the animal kingdom. The Animal Kingdom: A Collection of Portraits is 175 pages of studio shots of furry and feathered species that run the gamut from lions, tigers, and bears, to monkeys, bulls, and Arabian horses–and those are just a few of the 150 different animals shot for the book. As if that’s not cool enough, proceeds from the sale of The Animal Kingdom: A Collection of Portraits will benefit Project Survival’s Cat Haven, an innovative park in Fresno, CA dedicated to the preservation of wild cats like the Cheetah that was in the book.
