The Tamiya Wild One Max Launch Edition is the ultimate off-road buggy for anyone who fell in love controlling the Tamiya Wild One radio controlled cars as a kid in the ‘80s. This full-size buggy is an accurate representation of the 1/10th RC cars that’s been scaled up to fit two people in Cobra bucket seats with four-point harnesses. The 5-inch digital screen has marine specification switches, and it’s created to handle the same rough driving as the small version with Brembo disc brakes, Bilstein dampers, Eibach springs, and 14-inch Maxxis off-road tires in both front and rear. Eight removable battery packs power the vehicle and it can hit a top speed of 60 mph. It’s currently in a limited-run test production, with full production deliveries (and final pricing) coming in 2024 and handled by The Little Car Company.
