‘Stranger Things 3’ Soundtrack

‘Stranger Things 3’ Soundtrack

Half the fun of Netflix’s Stranger Things series is made up of ’80s style, ethos, and good ol’ nostalgic tunes. The show really is the embodiment of many of our childhood years, minus the goo, monsters, and the whole alternate worlds thing. Mostly, it’s the carefully selected songs that reverberate with us, and it looks like Season 3’s soundtrack, which will be released on July 26th, might match or exceed the Grammy-nominated excellence of Season 2’s choices. The fact that Corey Hart, Limahl, and Weird Al all show up on the same album is testament to the soundtrack’s greatness. So, get out the parachute pants, Little Debbie Snack Cakes, and crank up these throwback tunes until your heart breaks all over again.
