Does a vintage Blazer restomod really need as much horsepower as a Bugatti Veyron? No, but Ringbrothers did it anyway. This 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer is reimagined with a supercharged 6.2-liter Corvette engine that got bored out to an even bigger 6.8-liter displacement. It also gets a custom chassis, Dana axles in front and back, custom triangulated four-link suspension with two Fox 2.5 Factory Race Series shocks all around, custom 18″ HRE wheels, carbon fiber fender flares, and six-piston Baer brakes. The body tweaks don’t deviate excessively from the original, but it’s certainly more aggressive. The Bully sports a roll cage, twin air intakes in the hood, leather hood straps, and some radical leather lawn chair-style seats. Modern in-car tech is also present, as well as some of the finest vintage detailing and badging we’ve ever seen. The Bully made its debut at SEMA this year.
