For the past few days, Porsche has been using their social media accounts to tease all of us with cryptic images of unreleased concepts from the Porsche Design Studio. The curtains have finally been drawn because it was all part of the reveal for their upcoming Porsche Unseen book that offers a sneak peak into some of their previously top-secret designs that were never produced. The 300+ page book dives deep into fifteen different designs from 2005 – 2019 that includes vehicles from the Spin-Offs, Little Rebels, Hyper Cars and What’s Next categories–including the Porsche “Renndienst” minivan, the 919 Street LMP1-inspired supercar and Porsche Vision Spyder that were all teased on social. It’s a unique, interesting take on the process that every vehicle–particularly the ones with Porsche’s pedigree–go through from fleeting idea to concept vehicle. Porsche Unseen–published by Delius Klasing–is currently on sale now with plans to feature some of the vehicles from the book in their museum in 2021.
