Famed fashion house Louis Vuitton has gotten into the two-wheel world by partnering with Maison Tamboite on a brand new bicycle. And it’s fitting that the price tag has raised a few eyebrows. At $28,900 this very well may be the most expensive manual bike on the market. And what do you get with such a price tag? A simple road bike emblazoned with the Louis Vuitton monogram print in leather on the frame, seat, and, depending on the model, basket. A variety of colorways and styles are available with each offering a 2-speed crank, mechanical disc for front and back brakes, and lights beneath the seat and on the front of the frame. At such an audacious price point, we’d expect this bike to at least do the pedaling for you. And maybe even do your taxes. But, I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised – it’s Louis Vuitton, after all. The Louis Vuitton Bicycle is available through select retailers and you can check for availability here.
