This is one bike you don’t want to wreck. British Design house Extans just created the mother of all carbon fiber bikes, and it’s known as the Akhal Sheen, the third member of the brand’s line of Akhal bikes named after the famous Akhal-Teke breed of horses known for their speed, endurance, and shiny coat. The Sheen is made with blue carbon fiber and CNC machined billet aluminum. It also gets a full carbon fork, wheelset, seat post, and handlebars for added strength and reduced weight (21 pounds in total). The belt drive means no grease and near-silent running. Top tier Shimano Dura Ace components ensure smooth and reliable shifting. The 24k gold accents add beautiful contrast and should remind the owner to never let it leave his side. Only 19 of the Sheen model will be made
