Swedish Polestar EV brand wants to be mainstream, and the Polestar 4 gets added to the mix (with the 2 and 3) with its SUV coupe styling. Based on the Precept concept from last year, the Polestar 4 shows off some radical styling in the form of a dual-blade front lighting system and a rear-facing HD camera that eliminates the need for a rear window. Inside, the Polestar 4 will offer upholstery choices including tailored knit textile fabric made from 100% recycled PET, MicroTech vinyl, or supple Nappa leather. The 4 also gets a full-length glass roof with optional electrochromic capability, Android Automotive infotainment, a 15.4″ touchscreen, and an optional 1,400W Harman Kardon audio system. There will be two versions offered: a Long range Dual motor (270-mile range) and a Long Range Single motor (300-mile range). Look for rocket-sled performance from the dual motor that will hit 60 mph from a standstill in a mere 3.8 seconds.
