Chicago’s Alinea Group–the team behind award-winning restaurants and bars like Alinea, Next, The Aviary, The Office and Roister–has put out some of the highest quality meals and drinks we’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Their same attention to detail, quality and impeccable techniques were also present in The Aviary Cocktail Book. Now, the team has turned their attention to the world of non-alcoholic drinks with their upcoming book Zero. Much like the other book, Zero is much more than just a collection of mocktails–it’s a piece of art you can reference. Over 250 pages of beautiful photographs and illustrations with almost 100 delicious recipes for everything from alcohol-free Amaro and American Whiskey to cocktails like the IPA and even wine drinks. Acclaimed chef Grant Achatz and his culinary team have also packed the book with countless insights about beverage design, so you’ll have everything you need to make drinks so you good you won’t even mind they have don’t have any alcohol. Zero will be available in a standard and reserve edition–both ship in mid-June.

We’ve long been obsessed with Things Organized Neatly, the Tumblr, Instagram account, and book that displays collections of items arranged in pleasing ways. It’s the reason we’re hard at work on this puzzle. When finished, the puzzle depicts a collection of retro video games and gaming systems aligned ever so perfectly. Each is made in the USA by the New York Puzzle Company and features original photography from artist Jim Golden. At 1000 pieces, it will put you to work for some time, but when you complete it you can use some puzzle glue and frame it on your wall. Out of chaos comes order, right?
