Now, the team has turned their attention to the world of non-alcoholic drinks with their upcoming book Zero. Acclaimed chef Grant Achatz and his culinary team have also packed the book with countless insights about beverage design, so you’ll have everything you need to make drinks so you good you won’t even mind they have don’t have any alcohol. Zero will be available in a standard and reserve edition–both ship in mid-June.
