Batman has come a long way since waddling villains and fake nipples. When Nolan took up the helm in 2005, and Bale put it on, Batman changed forever for the better. The Art and Making of The Dark Knight Trilogy is exactly what you think it is: a behind the scenes creation story about three of our favorite movies from the last decade based on interviews with Nolan himself, David S. Goyer and Jonathan Nolan (co-writers), Wally Pfister (cinematographer) and all the cast members. You don’t get to flip the bust and push the little red button to get down there, but it’s the closest we’re ever going to get to a guided tour through the bat cave. We’re cool with that.
