Those who were excited by London’s Sky Pool but felt a need for speed should take a trip to Los Angeles this spring. Opening on March 18, the OUE Skyspace LA will be the state’s highest open-air observation deck, standing 1,000 feet off the ground. And while taking in the view is nice and all, the real highlight here is the glass slide that snakes around the building from the 70th to the 69th floor. The Skyslide is made from 1 1/4″ thick glass, which allows brave souls to see the street below while they slide down. Tickets for the entire experience will cost $25 and require balls of steel.
