Your Cohiba-filled dreams are about to come true. This past Tuesday, the Unites States and Cuba signed a deal that will restore commercial flights to the island, with the return of said flights coming by the fall. It’s the first time in five decades that commercial flights will be allowed, and airlines are currently bidding on the desirable routes. Now, this doesn’t mean you still don’t have to provide a reason why you’re heading to the island before you land a ticket, but as we’ve seen, that’s about as easy getting a medical marijuana card in California. This fall, Varadero Beach and a bottle of rum will be calling.
