Maybach, the ultra-luxury sub brand of Mercedes that was killed off in 2012 and revived in 2014, just unveiled some details on the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Concept. Described by Mercedes as a throwback to the “glorious age of the aero coupes,” this electric behemoth is as powerful as it is gorgeous. With four compact permanent magnet synchronous electric motors for all-wheel drive, a 0-60 time of under 4 seconds and a governed top speed of 155mph, this 6 meter long 2+2 concept hauls as much ass as possible while still looking like something out of animated movie. Then you factor in the heads-up display on the windshield, the gorgeous interior and the gullwing doors and it’s easy to see why this is one of the highly anticipated debuts at Pebble Beach this year.
