Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus 008 Buggy

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus 008 Buggy

The influence of the masses can move mountains, at least in the automotive world. Boutique premium performance automaker Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus responded to its customers who wanted their own version of SCG’s 004 supercar bolted onto their new Boot offroad buggy chassis. The result is the SCG 008 (aka 004 Mini Boot). The result is a 008 kit for the end-user that’s essentially a version that customers will put together themselves. It includes the robust space frame chassis, Fox suspension, BFGoodrich race tires on 17” Method DOT Legal Wheels, two-seat configuration, and the rather curvaceous carbon fiber composite body. Buyers will have to source their own engine, but the result will be a vehicle that SCG claims will be capable to run the Dakar Rally. Right now, it’s just a rendering, but SCG says it will start testing in the near future. Pricing has yet to be announced, but we’re guessing it’ll be a tad more than a new Honda Accord.
