Porsche x ‘Star Wars’ Tri-Wing S-91x Pegasus Space Ship

In celebration of the upcoming release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, designers from Porsche and Lucasilm teamed up to build a one-of-a-kind spaceship that pays homage to both iconic brands. Porsche x Star Wars: “The Designer Alliance” combines the design ethos from both brands to create something truly unique and out of this world. From the Lucasfilm side, “bold, simple designs that are iconic, graphic, logo-esque, can be easily drawn and use research and design inspiration for the final product. From the Porsche side, their 6 key elements of design language: sloping roof line, strong bonnet topography, best ratio width to height, unique Porsche form language, low nose with air intakes, and an emphasis on shoulder and tapering greenhouses. Combine all of those aspects–along with features of the X-Wing, Y-Wing, U-Wing and Porsche Taycan–and you get the sportscar-esque spaceship Tri-Wing S-91x Pegasus you see here.
