When it comes to special editions, the Porsche 911 Targa 4S Heritage Edition balances the right amount of nostalgia with modern automotive performance and design. Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur hand builds each 450-horsepower steed, and the car itself incorporates iconic design elements from the ’50s and ’60s. Sure, the rear-engined sports car is famous for its twin-turbo flat-six engine, but the Heritage Design Edition gets special design cues like gold badging and white vintage race car graphics. The famous Porsche crest even gets a special 1963 version on the hood, steering wheel, wheel center caps, headrests, and even on the key fob. The special Porsche Heritage badge on the rear engine grille echoes the 100,000-km badge that was once issued to Porsche 356 owners after their vehicles attained that mileage. As you can see in the video, a limited-edition Porsche gets even more attention than a stock version typically does. Only 992 units of this truly special 911 Targa 4S will be made.
