The World’s Most Valuable Hot Wheels Collection is Worth $1.5 Million

For many of us, Hot Wheels are a distant memory. They remind us of how our passion for cars started. But that passion never ended for Bruce Pascal, 59, who has collected what appears to be the priciest Hot Wheels collection on earth. Having started at the fledgling age of seven, he actually did most of his important collecting near the age of 40. One of his most important finds is a pink 1969 Rear-Loading Beach Bomb, costing him a whopping $70,000 (or the price for a real BMW M4). His collection is nuanced, and his quest takes into account variations and condition of each model. He has logged each one of his collection with descriptions, value, etc. so he knows exactly what’s in his “garage”. No doubt his kids, if he has any, don’t get to lay their grubby mitts on a single one.
