It should come as absolutely no surprise that some of our favorite LEGO sets for adults are cars from the Creator collection. The collection that includes a Ferrari F40, Mini Cooper and VW Camper Van is growing with the addition of a Ford Mustang model. Not just any Mustang, an almost 1,500 piece model of a late 60s Ford Mustang Fastback that, when assembled, measures 13″ x 5″ x 3″. The stunning model includes a dark-blue paintjob with racing stripes, functional doors and steering, and an engine bay complete with a brick V8 replica, battery, hoses and air filter. And it doesn’t stop there. The amount of upgrades or customizations you can make to your very own LEGO Mustang includes many of the things you might consider doing to the real car. Throw in an enormous blower supercharger that pops out of the hood. Add on a rear ducktail spoiler or a front chin spoiler. While you’re at it, throw on some side pipes, slap in a NOS tank and adjust the lift of the real axle for maximum menace. There are even multiple license plates so you can swap them out when you’re evading the police during your heist recreations. The only thing this kit is missing is a collection of LEGO minifigs designed to look like Steve McQueen, Nicolas Cage and Keanu Reeves.
