The last time we checked in with Legacy Classic Trucks out of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, they were quietly doing their thing producing the only modern version of the Dodge Power Wagon worthy of the name with their Legacy Classic Power Wagon. Every single one of their builds is a fantastic example of what’s possible when modern tech meets old school styling, but filling the vintage SUV sized hole in your garage with a Legacy Classic Truck isn’t exactly cheap. Until now! Right now, there’s a Legacy Classic 1949 Dodge Power Wagon 4-Door Truck up for auction on Bring a Trailer with a low six-figures price tag. Don’t get us wrong, that’s still a lot of money, but it’s a damn bargain compared to getting one direct. This particular one was built in 2014 and is powered by a 360ci Mopar Magnum engine with electronic fuel injection that’s mated to a NV4500 five-speed manual transmission. On the outside, it’s decked out in a light matte green paint job with black accents, Stockton wheels and Super Swamper tires. Inside, you’ll find replacement front seats and a factory bench that have been recovered in brown leather, along with Bomber Series instrumentation from Classic Instruments, a Vintage Air system and a body-color dashboard. In short, this is a superlative example of a Legacy Classic Power Wagon.
