Suzuki Omni Battle Van

Suzuki Omni Battle Van

When human ingenuity and automotive econoboxes come together, awesome things can happen. Case in point, India-based Holy Shift Garage took a rather conventional and dilapidated Suzuki Omni van and made a small, meaty monster. The original vehicle was pretty much useless, so they stripped it down to a bare shell and built it up from there. It received a new engine, transmission, suspension, and rear axle. Although it’s no rocket, it has more power than stock and also gains precious ground clearance to tackle less savory surfaces. It also received big Maxxis Trepador knobby tires, a full body roll cage, a roof rack with LED light bar, a rear motorcycle rack, a front-end bullbar, metal plates to replace the side windows, six amber driving lights, and even Jerry cans to keep fuel (or beer) at the ready. While we would never attempt to crash test it, the Battle Van looks ready for adventure.
