Adding motors to anything with wheels will always make it a more interesting ride, but that’s particularly true when it comes to skateboards. There have been more than a few electric skateboards over the years, but the upcoming CYCLEAGE aims to tackle something a little more adventurous than just the pavement with it’s off-road setup. It has all the performance you want thanks to the 4x 1000W brushless motors, a top speed of 27mph, 4-wheel brakes and a detachable battery for longer trips. Where it really excel is the independent suspension with adjustable damping shock absorbers, multi-link steering, 10″ all-terrain tires and just over six inches of ground clearance. Add all that to the 3K carbon fiber deck and you have the recipe for a board that can keep going at high speeds while you travel over grass, gravel, sand and snow.
