CoolNVintage N77 Land Rover Defender SUV

CoolNVintage N77 Land Rover Defender SUV

Decorating a car’s chassis as the focus of automobile is like spending all your time on the frame of a piece of artwork while ignoring the canvas. Good thing the CoolNVintage’s Build 77 Art Defender can lean on the legendary look of the iconic Land Rover Defender 110 from 1983. This particular one’s artwork was done up by CoolNVintage’s own artist, Vasco Costa, who hails from Lisbon, Portugal. The Build 77 is meant to echo Lisbon’s own hidden beauty by offering glimpses of the hand-painted fame rather than the work in its entirety. The contrasting basic silver bodywork and black mohair soft top make for a visually Spartan backdrop that works wonderfully with Costa’s craft. Inside, you’ll find custom-stitched black Connolly leather seats, Marshall speakers, a bespoke tailgate bag, and a special plaque. The 77 is powered by a V8 engine and undergirded by FOX suspension and BF Goodrich off-road tires. And though it’s got the makings of a seriously rugged 4×4, the Build 77 is easily one of the most uniquely stunning Defender custom projects we’ve ever seen.
