Boosted Boards – The World’s Lightest Electric Vehicle

The issue with most electric skateboards is their weight. A skate deck is meant to be used and then carried not used and then attached to a rope and pulled down the street like a child’s red wagon. Boosted Boards wants to fix that. At 12 lb., this longboard won’t put the biggest strain on your rotator cuff when you’re not riding. They boast 2000 watts (2.6 horsepower) and will send you on your way at speeds of up to 20mph. The boards feature twin brushless motors along with lithium batteries and the ability to charge from empty to full in under two hours.  They’re not cheap, but they are awesome.
