The past year or so has been great for Jeep fanatics. With plenty of subtle updates and modern tweaks in the form of the 2018 Jeep Wrangler and the customs like the Moab, there was a lot to love about the brand’s new releases. Everyone’s going to forget about all of that because after almost three decades without one in the lineup, Jeep is finally making another pickup truck. Say hello to the 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Is it basically a stretched out Wrangler with larger axles, bigger brakes, an upgraded suspension and enormous 33″ tires? You’re damn right it is, and that’s what makes it great. It has all the off-road capabilities and open air feel of a Wrangler paired with best-in-class towing (7,650lbs) and payload (1600lb) so you can enjoy everything around you while also hauling a boat, 2 dirt bikes and the entire family. While pricing has yet to be revealed, you can expect it to start in the low $30,000 range according to Kelley Blue Book. The 2020 Jeep Gladiator should be available sometime around the middle of next year.
