If you love Bimmers (BMW cars; BMW motorcycles are Beemers/Beamers), then you know about Alpina. The German company takes already great BMWs and makes them even more special via tuning and design. The current Alpina B7, based on the BMW 7-Series, delivers a monstrous 600 horsepower. Go back to 1982, and the B7 emitted 330 horses from its turbo six. That might not seem like much by today’s standards, but it was nuts back then. This near-perfect vintage Alpina B7 S Turbo was actually an upgrade from the world’s fastest four-door back then, the 252 horsepower turbocharged BMW 745i. This model is #22 of 60 made, making it a rarity and highly desirable by collectors and way cooler than any modern version, in our opinion. The lustrous Dark Sapphire Blue metallic paint with special Alpina graphics is as special as any and has been driven a mere 36,000 miles since its creation. It goes up for auction on February 6, 2019 and should provide years of driving thrills for the lucky buyer, as well as huge amounts of jealousy from drooling Bimmerphiles.
