If you’ve ever dropped by a Williams-Sonoma and grabbed a catalog, we’re sure you quickly noticed that half the stuff isn’t found in the store. Sure, they’ve got the selection of Le Creuset dutch ovens, grilling gizmos and a stock of hand soaps that even a garbageman couldn’t go through in a lifetime, but most of the food products aren’t found in your average mall store. A perfect example of this is their entire butcher shop. Though quality butcher shops are far and few between these days, we feel confident in Williams-Sonoma selecting top quality meats for all our cravings. Now, through our kitchen gadget go-to we can get beef, pork and other delicious meats from farms and ranches selected for the utmost quality. Some porterhouses, a leg of lamb or a bit of ground burger beef all sound good, but we may just drop a few paychecks on a few shipments of pork belly and call it a life.
