Situated on a 1.5-acre lot with a main house that includes four bedrooms, four full baths and a powder room, along with double two-car garages and a detached one-bedroom guesthouse, this house has everything the growing family needs–including a winding, curving driveway, updated cabinetry, backyard pool and plenty of silver screen nostalgia. If you’re interested in the property, the couple asks that parties that want to buy “the iconic house submit offers and proof of funds to them by email by June 21 to [email protected].” The current “starting price” is $3.4 million because Recchia “believes the home has more in common with movie memorabilia or exotic cars than it does with other houses.” It seems like a steal even at that price and especially if you’re a fan of the show.
