The Frame Clock Tells Time with Rotating Frames

We’ve always been fascinated by the way people interact with time on a regular basis, which is probably why we’ve spent years collecting and reporting on the cool clocks we’ve found all over the Internet. We’ve seen single-handers that rotate to display the time zone. Vintage gymnasium and field house clocks. Clocks with words or math problems instead of numbers. The Frame Clock from Meyer Objects is unlike anything else we’ve featured in that the hour and minute “hands” are actually separate frame pieces that rotate around the face in a sort of ever-changing, Mondrian-esque display. All of this ultimately means the dynamic clock will only look the same two times a day. The unique clock was designed by Nazar ŞİGAHER, is made of high-quality anodized aluminum and was the winner of a German Design Award this year.
