Want to spend some time in the woods without having to lug your favorite tent or camping gear with you? Enter Tentrr, which is basically Airbnb for camping. Each of the more than 50 Tentrr camping sites scattered throughout New York is fully-equipped for an entire weekend of fun without the hassle of set up or take down. You’ll find a large wood platform/deck with a 10′ x 12′ canvas safari-style tent, inflatable queen-sized cot, two Adirondack chairs, Tentrr CampBox (food prep, dry storage and picnic table), camp toilet, sun shower and a collapsible water container. In other words, all you need to show up with is a group of friends or that special someone, things to cook over the fire and the beers you’re going to drink throughout the weekend. By our estimation, you’ll get at least an extra three to four hours of relaxing, and you’ll also never have to dig anything out of the garage or put it back.
