Roccbox Cooks Pizza In 90 Seconds

The Roccbox is going to do for ovens what BioLite did for camp stoves. In just 15 minutes, the wood- or gas-fueled Roccbox can reach up to 500 degrees Celsius which, when coupled with the insulated internal stone floor, makes it capable of cooking a 12″ pizza in just 90 seconds. The compact oven measures around 16″ x 19″ x 21″ and is durable enough to move because of the high-quality materials and construction (but it does weigh 45lbs). It comes in a stone grey or grass green finish and includes gas and wood burners, a pizza peel and a recipe book.
