Pro-Ject Releases New X8 Turntable and Phono Boxes to Heighten Your Hi-Fi Experience

Pro-Ject Releases New X8 Turntable and Phono Boxes to Heighten Your Hi-Fi Experience

Pro-Ject is among our favorite brands when it comes to turntables and audio tech. They’ve been industry leaders for years and offer a variety of options for newbies and audiophiles alike. The Pro-Ject Debut Carbon is one of the best entry-level/mid-tier record players you can buy. And their Signature Series is a hi-fi head’s dream.

Pro-Ject recently unveiled some new products aimed at elevating the vinyl listening experience. Pro-Ject’s latest record player, the new X8 Turntable ($2,480), is the company’s most affordable mass-loaded turntable. You’ll find a TPE damped mass-loaded platter along with a precision ceramic-tipped inverted bearing for smooth and consistent playback. Out of the box, this turntable comes equipped with an Ortofon Quintet Blue cartridge and carbon tonearm. The result of all of these additions is a truly balanced hi-fi experience. Available in white or black gloss or in wood, this is a sleek, precise turntable.

Pro-Ject also released the Phono Box S3B ($499) and Phono Box DS3B ($799) which pair exceptionally well with the new X8 turntable offering balanced phono stages and a beautiful design.
