LEGO International Space Station

LEGO International Space Station

You’d never guess the largest single man-made structure in space travels around the Earth in 90 minutes at a speed of 17,500 mph. It’s also been continuously occupied since the year 2000. Not quite as impressive but still worth noting is LEGO’s new ISS building kit with its 864 pieces (we’re sure the real ISS has a few more). The new model is pretty big in its own right measuring 12x19x7″ and comes with rotating and adjustable solar panels, two minifig astronauts, a voluminous 148-page instruction book with ISS facts, a display stand, and even a docking space shuttle. Tang pouch not included. Look for it online and in LEGO stores on February 1st.
