When we were first introduced to the sheer brilliance, attention to detail and spare-no-expense construction that comes out of the Weber Workshops shop, it was with their Skunkworks meets mini-telescope Onyx EG-1 Coffee Grinder. That tradition of absurd detail and performance grinding continued into the Moulin Pepper Mill and now, the Weber Workshops Moulin Salt Mill that is endorsed by Michelin-starred chefs. As you’ve probably already gathered from the name, this is a precision salt mill designed, built and tested to take your cooking to the next level. How does it do that? It’s built out of ultra-durable, corrosion-resistant, food grade materials like zirconia ceramic burrs and bearings and neodymium magnets–the same kind of materials you’d find in luxury timepieces–and it’s engineered with 50 adjustable grind settings from powder and fine grain, to medium and coarse grain. In other words, you can throw out all your other salt grinders because the Weber Workshops Moulin Salt Mill will last a lifetime. Weber Workshops Moulin Salt Mill will be released later this year, but you can reserve a launch invite at the link below.
