In case you haven’t been paying attention, Irish whiskey is one of the fastest growing categories in spirits. Crafted by The Sexton using 100% Irish malted barley that’s triple-distilled in copper pot stills, this single malt has a rich, approachable taste and memorable character—not to mention an incredibly unique and cool bottle. Each batch of the spirit is matured in European oak barrels that are hand-selected and charred and seasoned with Oloroso Sherry. Combine all those attributes and you get what The Sexton describes as “on the nose, marzipan, all spice and fruits follow aromas of nuts and dark chocolate. The refreshing palate reveals mellow honeyed malt and oils and finally a pleasant gentle wood finish with mild sweetness that slowly fades.”
