We’ve boldly proclaimed that we’d put sriracha on anything. Well, the fine folks at Rogue are set to throw down the gauntlet with the release of Sriracha Hot Stout. While we hadn’t imagined splashing our beer with any of the Vietnamese hot sauce, if Rogue’s making it, we’re game. Details on the brew are still scarce as Rogue is finalizing the label now, but you can expect to see it at some point in December and it should clock in around 6% ABV. Expect coffee notes to come through before the heat ravages your taste buds. You could travel out to Portland to try it on draft now, but for bottles you’ll have to wait a few weeks.
