Whiskey is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain mash that is typically aged in wooden casks generally made of charred white oak. We’re not going to waste time going into details about grain varieties, the distillation process or brands because we all know whiskey is delicious. OKA, created by Toms Liepkalns out of London, is a brand new whiskey tumbler made of premium white oak that’s been charred inside with the same manufacturing methods used for whiskey barrels themselves. In other words, drinking out of OKA is as close as any one of us is ever going to get to actually drinking whiskey straight out of the cask. It doesn’t hurt that the 4oz glass just so happens to also be gorgeous.
