Proper No. 12 Irish Whiskey from Eire Born Spirits, a company he founded, is a testament to proper Irish whiskey making. Triple distilled and aged in oak barrels—as proper Irish whiskey demands—Proper No. 12 is smooth and packs notes of honey, vanilla, and toasted wood. The name comes from Conor McGregor’s childhood home, which is located in Crumlin, Dublin 12. If you’re pulling for the Irish superstar, maybe pour yourself a few fingers one October 6.
