Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul have spent the past few weeks teasing everyone on social media about a new collaborative project they have in the works. Unfortunately, it’s not the Breaking Bad movie that’s reportedly in the works, but the news is almost as good. Cranston and Paul have teamed up to launch a mezcal company called Dos Hombres. Much like they threw themselves into their characters on the show, they did the same with the mezcal. As Paul told it on Instagram, “We started traveling to Oaxaca to see if we could find it, and we mean it had to be ‘it,’ something so damn good even people who don’t think they like Mezcal will love it. It had to be perfect or we weren’t going to do it. We searched high and low all over Oaxaca, met incredible people along the way and after a beautiful yet grueling search throughout that majestic landscape we believed we may have found our place. Our Mezcal. It was on a dirt-road, in tiny village, hours away from the center of town, we found it and it was perfect.” We know it’s going to be delicious, but we still have one remaining question: did they at least consider the name Methzcal? Dos Hombres Espadin Mezcal is currently available for delivery to Arizona, California, Nevada, New Jersey and New York through ReserveBar.
