Booze-Filled Advent Calendars

Halloween and Thanksgiving haven’t even come and gone yet. Despite the fact we know we’re not supposed to talk about Christmas decorations until after those other two have passed, we’re going to make an exception for our favorite decoration–Drinks By The Dram Booze-Filled Advent Calendars. You know the drill because it’s the same it’s been for the past few years–24 different mini bottles of booze packaged behind little windows that you open one a day during December leading up to Christmas. You can choose from whisk(e)ys of all types (Irish, Scotch, Japanese, World, American, etc.), gin, tequila, rum, cognac and even vodka. This year they’re also offering a $1,300 Old and Rare Whisky calendar with hits like Balvenie 30 year old, Macallan 26 year old and North British 55 year old. Shipping is a little tricky if you’re in the United States because of archaic laws, so you’re going to have to get creative if you don’t live in one of the 21 states they can ship to.
