Apparently, Dominic Episcopo never got the memo that you’re not supposed to play with your food. In fact, it would appear he was given the exact opposite set of instructions as a youngster. Luckily, the meat artist (not a sexual innuendo) got extra playful with his new book “Meat America.” The visually hunger-inducing read is meant to celebrate America’s spirit of entrepreneurship, rebellion, and positivity . . . in meat form. All the images in the 100+ page book are created using pieces of beef and attempt to convey a message while also managing to be a bit tongue and cheek (offal joke).
