It tells the story of Ivan Orkin, a Long Island-born chef who ended up opening one of the most-praised ramen shops in Tokyo. It will also be your guide to mastering a few ramen dishes of your own if you can’t travel overseas or to his New York Slurp Shop. Those instant packs will be a thing of the past.
