Jasmine-S35-Acoustic-Guitar

Since we’re all stuck inside, we decided to do some digging to find useful products to help stay productive, occupied, entertained and fit while you Stay Home.

For as long as we can remember, we’ve always wanted to learn to play the guitar. We’ve noodled on the six-string off and on over the years, but we’ve never gotten serious enough about the instrument to learn more than few chords and songs from tabs. Now that we have all this extra time at home on our hands, we’ve decided to change that. That’s where the Jasmine S-35 Acoustic Guitar comes in. While you’re probably not going to be laying down tracks in the studio or writing the next great love song on this guitar, it’s a perfectly adequate way to learn the instrument without investing a huge chunk of change because it costs right around a hundred bucks. With it’s spruce top, laminated nato back and sides, satin finish and rosewood fretboard it will still produce a great sound as you fumble your way through learning your favorite Clapton, Bon Jovi, Petty, Zeppelin, CCR, Green Day and Foo Fighters songs with tabs.

Retro-Video-Game-Puzzle-IF2

We’ve long been obsessed with Things Organized Neatly, the Tumblr, Instagram account, and book that displays collections of items arranged in pleasing ways. It’s the reason we’re hard at work on this puzzle. When finished, the puzzle depicts a collection of retro video games and gaming systems aligned ever so perfectly. Each is made in the USA by the New York Puzzle Company and features original photography from artist Jim Golden. At 1000 pieces, it will put you to work for some time, but when you complete it you can use some puzzle glue and frame it on your wall. Out of chaos comes order, right?
