After the success of Andrew Capener’s Scrabble Typography Edition, it seemed only natural to come back with another run. Instead of just re-releasing it, they gave the game a fresh upgrade. Complete with 15 new fonts, the 2nd Edition is a typography nut’s dream. Some of the new feature that are included are the solid Walnut playing surface and Maple tiles, a built-in Lazy Susan (seriously, all Scrabble editions should have this), a pretty awesome little scorekeeping journal, and more. If you are ready to ditch Words With Friends and get a bit more sophisticated, this is the way to go.
