Architect and designer Marcel Breuer is a household name in interior decor thanks to his legendary designs like the Cesca chair or the Wassily chair. The defining characteristic of most of his work is the use of tubular steel creating timeless, modern pieces. Knoll is reviving an early Breuer design with the MB Lounge Chair, which was originally released in 1929. The polished chrome frame, which almost creates an optical illusion, houses an upholstered foam cushion on horizontal metal spring supports. You’ll also find natural oak armrests and the KnollStudio logo and signature of Marcel Breuer stamped into the base of the chair. The MB Lounge Chair is available in a variety of upholstery types from Hourglass to Sabrina Leather with 15 color options including Beeswax, Aegean, and Mocha.
