It’s a gorgeous property in the heart of Beverly Hills that would still be worth a fortune even without its pedigree, but it’s currently on sale for the steal price of just over one-and-a-quarter million bucks. When you consider the 18 bedrooms, two dozen bathrooms, dozen fireplaces, pair of swimming pools and the tile fountain, it’s practically a steal for $125 million–if you have the cash to drop.
