Escapade Silverstone Trackside Homes

Escapade Silverstone Trackside Homes

Those who can’t race watch, and that’s exactly what die-hard and affluent Formula 1 fans can do at the upcoming Escapade Silverstone that overlooks the legendary racing circuit. Designed by Twelve Architects, the 60 residences will be used for rental and some for purchase. The look is all modern and even comes with a themed F1 spoiler-like design element that dominates the exterior. As you can imagine, the living room windows will be expansive for untrammeled race day viewing while sleeping quarters will have louvers for privacy. Each unit will have private parking, and there will also be community benefits like a swimming pool, gym, treatment rooms, racing simulator rooms, a restaurant and a bar to either celebrate big points or drown your sorrows after your team fails to podium. Pricing has not been disclosed, but construction should start this year.
