San Diego-based creative upstart Unsettle & Co has been hard at work rethinking the way we all carry our keys. At this point, it’s more common than not that you have some sort of carabiner you use you to attach your keys to a belt loop for easy access. In addition to the keys and the carabiner mechanism you probably also have a bottle opener and a tiny EDC knife for, at the very least, opening packages. All of those functions have been built-in to the Unclip. Built around two spring-loaded, quick-release wings just below the clip that attaches to your belt loop or bag, Unclip is incredibly easy to get at for cracking a brew, unlocking a door or opening a package—without having to remove the entire apparatus from your belt. Available in a gunmetal or black finish with black nylon or leather strap options, Unclip works with any guy’s EDC color scheme and allows your keys to hang low enough to fit in your pocket instead of jingling on your hip.
